My mother used to make this cake in the spring and I have always associated it with Easter. It is very simple and if you would like to color the icing yellow it would really look the part. I use a 11x13 cake pan
1 yellow cake mix
1 large strawberry jello
1 small box vanilla pudding
1 cool whip
1 can crushed pineapple
Prepare cake mix as directed. When you put the cake in the oven, prepare jello using 1/2cup water & ice cubes, stir, put in frig until mushy. When cake is done, punch holes into it and pour jello over cake. Cool completely before icing. Mix pudding with 1/2 of milk required. Fold in cool whip, then add 1 can crushed pineapple, well drained. Cover cake completely with icing
