Hash Brown Casserole
We love this casserole.
32 oz thawed hash browns
1/2 c butter
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c shredded cheddar cheese
8 oz sour cream
1/2 c chopped onion
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
Mix ingredients together. Pour into a greased 2-quart casserole dish (shallow). Bake 350º for 50 minutes. Optional—fry and crumble bacon on top.
