Just Rambling:
On October 9th the Union Parish Cattlemen’s Association and the Union Parish Farm Bureau had the privilege of hosting a luncheon for several Kentucky Cattlemen and their wives touring Louisiana. While in our area on October 9th and 10th, they visited Kingsland Ranch located in Ouachita Parish, Bayou DeLoutre Farms and Riser Farms located in Union Parish, Jeff Simons Farms in Morehouse Parish, and Hays Brother’s Ranch in Bienville Parish. It was an honor to be able to host these fellow cattlemen to show off Louisiana operations, as well as to learn from them about their cattle operations and their state. They were a great group of people and we welcome them back anytime they are traveling our way. Van Bennett
