Easy Cinnamon Roll Cake
1 yellow cake mix 4 eggs 3/4 c vegetable oil
1 t vanilla 1 c sour cream 1 c light brown sugar
1 T cinnamon 2 c powdered sugar 3 T milk Preheat oven to 325°. Spray a 9X13 pan. Combine cake mix, eggs, oil, vanilla, and sour cream. Mix for 2 minutes. Spread batter into pan. Mix brown sugar and cinnamon then sprinkle on top of the cake. Use a butter knife to gently swirl the sugar mix into the cake. Don’t over swirl. Bake for 35-40 min. Cool cake for 15 min. Combine powdered sugar and milk. Pour over warm cake.
