Superspeedway Taco Pie

Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef, 1 pkg Taco seasoning mix, 1/2 cup water, 1/3 cup olives, 1 can refrigerated crescent rolls, 2 cups crushed corn chips, 1 cup sour cream, 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese, Shredded lettuce, Avocado slices
Heat oven to 375. Cook ground beef until thoroughly cooked, drain. Stir in taco mix water and olives. Simmer 5 minutes. Meanwhile, separate crescent dough into 8 triangles. Place in ungreased pie pan, press to form curst. Sprinkle 1 cup corn chips over bottom of curst. Spoon beef mixture into corn chips in crust. Spread sour cream over beef. Cover with cheese. Sprinkle with remaining chips. Bake at 375 for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown. Serve with lettuce and avocado. You can also use a layer of refried beans and taco sauce before the cheese and sour cream if you like .
