In addition to these topics, participants in the Master Cattleman Program will complete the Beef Quality Assurance Certification Program. Classes will be held at the Caddo Parish Extension Office in Shreveport, LA. Lectures begin on Monday, February 19th, and will be held each Monday night until April 23rd from 6 P.M until 9 P.M. Evening meals will be provided. Tuition fees for this course are $125. Pre-registration and the tuition fee are required.
