Ham Casserole
2 T butter 2-8oz tomato sauce 1 clove garlic, minced 1 T sugar 1 t each salt and pepper 2 lb ham, cubed 1 pkg 8 oz wide noodles 8 oz cream cheese 1 c sour cream 6 green onions 1 c grated cheddar cheese Grease 2 quart casserole. Heat butter in skillet. Stir in tomato sauce, garlic, sugar, salt and pepper. Mix in ham pieces. Cover and simmer for about 1 hour. Cook noodles. Beat cream cheese until smooth, add the sour cream and onions. Spoon noodles into casserole, cover with cream cheese mixture. Spoon tomato and ham mixture over cream cheese and top with grated cheese. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Great for left over ham.
