Stuffed Bell Peppers 4 bell peppers 1 lb hamburger meat 1/2 C chopped onion 1 1 cream of mushroom soup 3 C cooked rice 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes, drained Salt & Pepper 6 oz Velveeta cheese grated cheddar cheese
I cut my peppers in slices, microwave until soft. Brown hamburger, drain; add onion. Then add soup, corn, rice, tomatoes, salt, pepper and cheese. Stir until cheese melts. Pour into baking dish, cover with peppers and grated cheese. Bake for 45 minutes at 350°
