As other states begin to impose restrictions on travel into their states (as has been reported by Texas and Oklahoma), the question has been how does that impact movement related to agricultural operations. While this specifically speaks about livestock movement, I would assume it applies to all agricultural related travel. The attached letter from LDAF provides approval for interstate travel as agriculture has been designated by the President as a critical or essential industry. It is being suggested that a copy of this letter be kept for those agricultural operations or transporters transporting agricultural related products as they engage in interstate travel. Please note that normal rules and regulations must be followed (i.e. health requirements and documentation for livestock travel)
