Loaded Potato Meatloaf Casserole

Loaded Potato Meatloaf Casserole Ground Beef—Diced onions—Seasoned Italian bread crumbs—Brown sugar —Worcestershire sauce—1 egg—Instant garlic mashed potatoes —Grated marble cheese—real bacon bits
Start by mixing ground beef and diced onions with seasoned Italian bread crumbs, brown sugar and Worcestershire sauce, then add one egg to the mixture. I used my hands to get the mixture fully combined. The meat mixture is then pressed into an 8 inch square baking dish. Top the meat with garlic instant mashed potatoes. Then sprinkle bacon bits on top. You can find real bacon pieces in the frig department.. The potato meatloaf casserole cooks up in just 40 minutes at 400F. I kept it covered with aluminum foil until the final ten minutes of cooking to prevent the cheese from burning. You can add more or less according to the size meatloaf you would like to make. My sister, Penny, gave me this recipe. Her family loved it.
