Chocolate Cake in a Mug
3 T all– purpose flour 3 T sugar 2 T unsweetened cocoa powder 1/4 t Baking Powder pinch of salt 3 T whole milk 3 T vegetable oil Splash of vanilla 3T semisweet chocolate chips
In a 12 oz mug combine flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder and salt. Stir with a fork. Then add the milk, oil and vanilla. Stir until it just comes together. Then add chocolate chips and stir. Use a damp paper towel to wipe excess off the inside of mug. Microwave for 90 seconds. Then let it sit for 11/2 to 2 minutes, just to cool a bit. Pile in the whipped cream or ice cream. This is great and it’s so quick you can have it anytime.
